Food: Quick Hot Chocolate!

As the cold season is slowly kicking in, I constantly find myself in the kitchen making hot chocolate. I've never been a big fan of the hot chocolate made from the pre-made powders, so I found another easy way in making creamy hot chocolate. 



I take a bar of chocolate (I prefer Hershey's since it always makes creamy hot chocolate) and just melt it in hot milk. It's really that easy!

For the cup I pictured above, I actually didn't have a bar of chocolate left, so I just used milk chocolate chips that have been lying around my house. 2 full handfuls is more than enough for a cup. 

I top it off with either marshmallows or whipped cream, along with a dash of cinnamon.

And just like that, you have a perfect chilly weather treat!
